WILSAC is an application which will be used by club members to manage the registrations using a computerized system where he/she can record various functions likeview, add, edit, delete events, register for various events, view results etc. Events and student maintenance modules are also included in this system which would keep track of the students using the platform and also a detailed description about the event a club organizes. With this computerized system there will be no overhead manual registrations and record of payments which generally happens when a non-computerized system is used.
1. Administrator: Administrator is responsible for updating and maintaining the contents such as, modifying and updating the club members, mentors, adding or removing the events or students.
2. Members & Mentors: Club members are responsible for adding, updating and deleting event; view the registrations and the payment details and results for any event. Club mentors are responsible for maintaining club members and reviewing their activities, view registration and payment details.
3. End user: The one who is registered can view for various events and get registered for them.
